Product Selection and Installation:
On some of our popular and custom kits, vehicle modification may be necessary. Installation of any component or kit should only be performed by persons experienced in the installation and proper operation of disc brake systems. It is also the responsibility of the person installing any brake component or kit to determine the suitability of the component or kit for that particular application. It is also the customers responsibility to disclose to us accurate vehicle information, such as; Make, Model, Weight of Vehicle, Modifications, Wheel Size, Bolt-Pattern, Original Brake Configuration, Ect. To insure correct fit with minimal modifications, please supply us with as much information as possible. This will help us to supply the correct parts and (or) design a custom kit to your application. Each customer is responsible for making sure of component fit and suitability of their vehicle.
Payment:
We accept certified check or money order, Master Card, Visa, and American Express. We require full payment in
advance before shipping. All payments must be made in U.S. funds only.
Prices:
Prices are subject to change without notice. Price changes are due to manufacturers and material costs fluctuating. In
the event of extreme increases, you will be notified promptly before we ship your product. If there is a slight decrease,
your parts will be shipped at the new price.
Shipping:
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, unless you specify differently or is required. (Note: You pay the freight!)
Complete shipping address is required. (No Post Office Boxes!) A shipping and handling fee is part of all orders
shipped.
Claims:
Delivery of all merchandise is the responsibility of the carrier. Always check the condition of the merchandise, shipping
container and packing slip in the presence of the delivery agent. This insures prompt action, should any claims need to be filed for damaged or broken parts. Remember, YOU must file the claim with the delivery driver.
Missing or Incorrect Parts:
Please note that it is the customers responsibility to inspect and inventory upon receiving the ordered parts or equipment. Claims are to be made within 30 days of receipt. Claims made after this period will not be honored. (We understand that your project vehicle may not be at the stage of brake application but, please be sure to inspect your order!)
Returned Goods and Exchanges:
Should you receive a defective item, or have a problem with a product, all efforts will be made to correct the problem. BTS will not honor any replacement of parts of any product that have been subject to; negligence, painting or plating, alteration, abuse, misuse or disassembly, tampering with, installation or maintenance. These terms are also not limited to accident. Please contact us for authorization before returning any merchandise. All sales will be final after 45 days upon receiving the merchandise. All returned merchandise is subject to 15% handling charge, if not due to our error. Returned shipments must be sent with the freight prepaid, complete details of reasons for returning, full name, ect.
Warranty and Liability:
Brake Tech Solutions (BTS) offers a one (1) year / 12 month limited warranty. The warranty period is from the receipt of the merchandise to a period of no more than one (1) year or 12 months after receipt. BTS warrants to the original purchaser (the person the product was originally sold to) that all products of our manufacture are free from defects in workmanship and materials used. These terms are subject to the normal use, driving conditions, and service of product. This warranty shall not apply to parts or any product that has been subject to; negligence, painting or plating, alteration, abuse, misuse or disassembly, tampering with, or improper installation or maintenance. These terms are also not limited to accident. BTS assumes no liability, any way or of any kind, for any damage, loss, injury or other claims, resulting from the use or misuse, or inability to use any of our products. The following is made in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied. Sellers and manufacturers only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proved defective. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any loss, damage or injury, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of, inability of the product. This also includes the cost of diagnosis, replacement parts or installation labor costs, along with loss of vehicle use, loss of time, reinstallation, inconvenience, removal of any warranted product, or any other expenses. After use, the user shall assume all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.
