We here at Brake Tech Solutions offer a wide variety of disc brake conversion kits for all sorts of vehicles. If we dont have a bolt on kit, you are NOT out of hope.

A unique part of our business is designing and building custom brake set-ups for any kind of car. With more than 25 years of experience in the Automotive Brake Industry, we have the knowledge and the skill to make something for your braking needs. We also understand how important a superior braking system is to protect your investment. Unfortunately most older cars are notorious for having a poor braking system. That is where we come in! We can convert your car from drum brakes to disc. How do we do it? Well, you send us your spindles, steering arms, and spindle nuts along with other information, such as; Bolt-pattern, the size rotor you want, whether you want a single or multi-piston caliper, or even if you want a custom Big Disc Brake set-up (13" to 14" rotors). Then we will custom design and build the brakes to your specifications. We then send the complete set-up back to you assembled with the rotors, calipers, pads, bearings, seals and hoses on your spindles. We also will design and build a custom rear disc kit for the rear of your car. We will need from you the backing plate of the drum unit, the bolt-pattern that you prefer, and the diameter of the axle hub (or flange). In some instances you will need to cut down the hub so that it will fit the hat of the rotor. If you have no way to cut them down send us your axles and we will do it for you. What all is invloved?

1. Send in your Spindles, Steering Arms, and Spindle Nuts. If its a rear kit please send in your Backing Plate.
2. Once we recieve your components we will design and build your disc brake kit.
3. The kit comes back to you fully assembled and greased with NEW rotors, calipers, brake pads, bearings, hoses and all other components necessary.
